FontForge and PrintSetup

Hello!

When PrintSetup is (3,,595,842) (print to an A4 sized PS file) or
(5,,595,842) (print to an A4 sized PDF file), then the second arguments
needs to be "" or otherwise you get:

        Expected name, got comma

I think the parser should accept that nothing between the commas as a
nul-string.

Uh, nope, that's never going to happen. Don't know any language that
uses that convention it doesn't generalize.
