FF still exiting abruptly

Clair Dunn
FF is once again acting up.

Just now it did. And so I started it up from the terminal because that
worked yesterday.

However, it is not helping today. Below is the terminal feedback which
appeared on starting from the terminal:

TESTING: getShareDir:/usr/share/fontforge
TESTING: GResourceProgramDir:/usr/bin
trying default theme:/usr/share/fontforge/pixmaps/resources
fontforge.hasUserInterface!
PyFF_onAppClosing() cnt:1
SplineFontPieceMeal() going unhinted...
calling CVChangeSC() sc:0x9a468f8 q
Segmentation fault

And note the Seg fault message on the last line.

Hope this offers useful info for the developers!

Hi

Thanks for this! I'm sorry to say I'm not sure what to advise. You could try removing the fontforge prefs directory (by renaming it out of the way) to see if that helps

    cd; mv .fontforge .fontforge-old
